Mr. Jack Robertson, CPA,  serves as BFR's Accounting and Assurance Partner, with over thirty years of experience.  Mr. Robertson has lead audit partner and quality assurance responsibilities for audit and accounting services for not-for-profit and for-profit organizations; state and local government; and federal services.  His responsibilities include business strategy and practice development. 

MR. Robertson has a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Southern University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  Beginning his career with the international public accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand, Mr. Robertson practiced in the audit division for 17 years.  As Senior Manager, Mr. Robertson serviced not-for-profit, insurance, governmental, manufacturing, health care and other clients.  Mr. Robertson coordinated and managed the delivery of a full range of services to his clients, including audit, compilation and review; tax and financial planning; profit improvement; and business planning.  In 1989 MR. Robertson organized Jack Robertson & Co. and continued to provide a broad range of accounting, auditing and consulting services.  Jack Robertson & Co. was merged with Brooks, Faucett & Robertson, LLP in 2000.
